Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Digital Products
All products offered on this website are digital goods, including electronic gift cards and digital codes.
Due to the nature of digital content, orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
2. No Refunds After Delivery
Once a digital gift card or code has been successfully delivered, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
This is because digital codes cannot be returned, deactivated, or reused after being disclosed.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
A refund or replacement may only be granted in the following situations:
- the gift card code is invalid or cannot be redeemed;
- the balance is incorrect;
- the gift card was not delivered due to a technical issue on our side.
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To submit a request, customers must contact our support team and provide:
- order number;
- email address used for the purchase;
- a clear description of the issue;
- any relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots), if applicable.
During the investigation process, the gift card must not be redeemed or used.
4. Non-Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- the gift card has already been redeemed or partially used;
- the issue is related to restrictions or policies of the third-party issuer;
- incorrect information (such as email address) was provided by the customer;
- the customer decides to cancel after delivery.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method and may take several business days to complete, depending on the payment provider.
6. Statutory Rights
This policy does not limit or affect any consumer rights that are granted under applicable law.
