    Gift Card Activation & Balance Guarantee

    1. Activation

    All gift cards sold on this website are activated automatically after successful payment, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

    No additional activation steps are required from the customer.


    2. Balance Guarantee

    We guarantee that:

    • each gift card is delivered with the correct stated balance;

    • the code provided is valid at the time of delivery.


    3. Issues With Activation or Balance

    If a customer experiences any of the following issues:

    • invalid or non-working code,

    • incorrect balance,

    • activation failure,

    they must contact our support team with full order details.

    We will verify the issue and, if confirmed, provide:

    • a replacement code, or

    • a refund, in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.


    4. Third-Party Issuers

    Gift cards are issued by third-party brands and are subject to the issuer’s own terms and conditions.

    We are not responsible for:

    • issuer platform outages,

    • changes to issuer policies,

    • account restrictions imposed by the issuer.
