    All products sold on this website are delivered digitally.
    No physical items are shipped.

    2. Delivery Method

    Digital gift cards and codes are delivered via:

    • email to the address provided at checkout, and/or

    • the user account area, if applicable.

    3. Delivery Time

    • Most orders are delivered within up to 4 hours after successful payment.

    • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to:

      • additional payment verification,

      • fraud prevention and security checks,

      • technical or system-related delays.

    4. Customer Responsibility

    Customers are responsible for:

    • providing a valid and accessible email address,

    • checking spam or junk folders,

    • ensuring correct input of personal details.

    We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

    5. Delayed or Failed Delivery

    If a gift card has not been delivered within the stated timeframe, customers should contact our support team with their order details so we can investigate the issue.
