    Refund & Cancellation Policy

    1. Digital Products

    All products sold on this website are digital goods, including electronic gift cards and digital codes.

    Due to the nature of digital products, orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.


    2. No Refunds After Delivery

    Once a digital gift card or code has been successfully delivered, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

    This policy exists because digital codes cannot be returned, revoked, or resold once disclosed.


    3. Eligible Refund Cases

    A refund or replacement may be issued only in the following cases:

    • the gift card code is invalid or cannot be redeemed;
    • the gift card balance is incorrect;
    • the gift card was not delivered due to a technical issue on our side.

    Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    To process a refund request, the customer must contact our support team and provide:

    • order number;
    • email address used for the purchase;
    • description of the issue;
    • any relevant screenshots or evidence if applicable.

    The customer must not redeem or attempt to use the gift card code while the issue is under investigation.


    4. Non-Eligible Refund Cases

    Refunds will not be issued if:

    • the gift card has already been redeemed or partially used;

    • the issue is caused by third-party issuer restrictions;

    • the customer provided an incorrect email address;

    • the customer changed their mind after delivery.


    5. Processing Time

    Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take several business days, depending on the payment provider.


    6. Statutory Rights

    This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable law.
