1. Activation

All gift cards purchased on this website are activated automatically once payment is successfully completed, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

No additional steps are required from the customer.

2. Balance Guarantee

We guarantee that:

each gift card is delivered with the correct stated balance;
all codes are valid and functional at the time of delivery.

3. Activation or Balance Issues

If you experience any of the following:

an invalid or non-working code,
incorrect balance,
activation issues,

please contact our support team with your full order details.

Once verified, we will provide either:

a replacement code, or
a refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Third-Party Issuers

All gift cards are issued by third-party brands and are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Cardzeno is not responsible for:

temporary outages of issuer platforms,
changes in issuer policies,
account limitations or restrictions imposed by the issuer.
