    All products available on this website are delivered in digital form only.
    No physical goods are shipped.


    2. Delivery Method

    Digital gift cards and codes are delivered through:

    • email to the address provided during checkout, and/or
    • the customer account area, where applicable.

    3. Delivery Time

    Most orders are processed and delivered within up to 4 hours after successful payment.

    In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to:

    • additional payment verification,
    • fraud prevention and security checks,
    • technical or system-related issues.

    4. Customer Responsibility

    Customers are responsible for:

    • checking spam or junk folders,
    • ensuring all personal details are entered correctly.

    Cardzeno is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


    5. Delayed or Failed Delivery

    If your gift card has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with your order details so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
